Field Service Engineer

1. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical devices on client’s laboratory.

2. Perform on-site or remote trouble shooting and repairs

3. Provide on-site or remote client trainings

4. Communicate with clients to address concern and implement corrective actions via calls, emails, text or chat messages.

5. Create service reports and other technical documentation properly.

6. Perform testing and quality checking of machines.

7. Perform preventive maintenance to all installed machines to clients.

8. Attend trainings, seminars and meetings internally and externally.

9. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.

10. Follow all company filed procedures and protocols

11. Follow all department procedures and protocols.

12. If with valid Driver’s license, Drive going to assigned client.

13. If without valid driver’s license, commute or take public transportation going to assigned client.

14. Deliver client orders if needed and instructed by immediate supervisor/ Management.

15. Collect client payment if needed and instructed by immediate supervisor/ Management.

16. Performs other tasks that may be assigned or delegated by the President and General Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month

• Evening shift
• Flextime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ECE (Preferred)
