Job Description - Field Service Engineer/Sales and Service Engineer (Project Based)

Job Description:

Performs hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, order replacement parts as required
Provide on-site installation and technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer base when required.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventive maintenance schedules with the customer.
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the customer.

Required Qualification:
Education: Engineering Graduate
Experience: 2 years of experience in Sales and Service Engineering
Technical Skills: Experience in handling/managing machines used in the semicon/electronics manufacturing companies
