Job Description - Field Technician Recruiter (Cold Calling & Onboarding) – AMS


WE'RE HIRING: Field Technician Recruiter, AMS (Onsite – Quezon City)



Location: Onsite – Quezon City, Philippines



Focus: Technician Recruitment, Contractor Onboarding & Network Expansion

Excis is a global IT support leader delivering innovative technology solutions and managed services to enterprise clients across the world. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Field Technician Recruiter to help expand our network of skilled field technicians across the Americas region.

In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume outbound outreach, engaging experienced field technicians, promoting partnership opportunities with Excis, and guiding them through our contractor portal registration process. Your success will directly contribute to strengthening our global field services capability and supporting enterprise clients worldwide.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Technician Recruitment & Onboarding



  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to field technicians from our existing database.

  • Introduce Excis, explain partnership opportunities, and promote the benefits of joining our contractor network.

  • Guide technicians through the contractor portal registration and onboarding process.

  • Clearly communicate contractor benefits, including access to projects, timely payments, and ongoing support.

  • Build rapport quickly and establish positive relationships with prospective technicians.

  • Address objections, answer questions, and convert conversations into completed registrations.

  • Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and onboarding status within internal systems.

  • Follow up with interested technicians to ensure successful registration completion.

Recruitment Operations & Coordination



  • Track daily outreach activities and conversion metrics.

  • Collaborate with Field Services and Operations teams to identify priority regions and required technical skill sets.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified and available field technicians.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of recruitment activities.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing registration and onboarding success rates.

Requirements

Experience



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition.

  • Experience engaging technical professionals, field service engineers, or IT support personnel is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with recruitment systems, CRMs, or outbound calling platforms is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes



  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong phone presence with the ability to engage and influence candidates quickly.

  • Confident handling objections and navigating challenging conversations.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment and onboarding targets.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of IT field services, desktop support, networking, or onsite technical support environments is beneficial.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.

Other Requirements



  • Ability to conduct 80–150+ outbound calls per day.

  • Reliable internet connection and a professional work environment.

  • Comfortable working with call lists, databases, and recruitment tracking systems.

  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly technician registration targets.

  • Achieving high conversion rates from outreach to completed contractor portal registrations.

  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of active and available field technicians.

  • Delivering a positive onboarding experience and receiving favorable feedback from technicians.

  • Supporting the continued growth and success of Excis' global field services network.
