Job Description - Finance & Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist in admin-related tasks such as preparation of documents, routing for approvals, tracking and organizing company files. 
  • Assist in the financial operations of the company including processing of payments and its supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties of the company for finance-related and investment-related requirements 
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, procurement and operating requirements, managing office files, and other financial/admin related ad hoc tasks 

 

Requirements & Skills: 

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, an advantage, but not a pre-requisite. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, OneDrive). Open to learning how to use new tools as the company occasionally uses other software.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. 
  • Great at multi-tasking and has the ability to plan, schedule and track deadlines on her/his own. 
  • Prior experience in handling confidential and sensitive information, an advantage.
