Finance Analyst

• Prepare, route and release checks, LOIs, RTGS, telex, MC and other forms of payment to suppliers and employees.
• Maintain and update cashbook on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with AP Team relating to payment matters (releasing, deposit schedule, cutoff, etc.)
• Print and release BIR 2307 to suppliers, as applicable.
• Check completeness of details in the official receipts, collection receipts and acknowledgement receipts issued by the suppliers before check release.
• Update EAM and other monitoring for the checks prepared and released on a regular basis.
• Coordinate/request with Admin for check deposits to suppliers and employees (case to case basis and with prior approval of Head).
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by higher level authorities.

Job Specifications:

• Must be Bachelors Degree  holder of Accountancy Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, other relevant degrees
• At least one (1) year experience in finance and/or treasury operations.
• Must be trustworthy, with sense of strong discipline and integrity
