Your role and responsibilities

• Understand fundamental finance concepts used on projects and processes within the organization
• Provide Operations support services e.g. Financial Reporting, Financial report extracts, Quality of Data/Reports, Improvements/Automation, and other administrative reports.
• Generate high-quality reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis as may be required by the Project Managers and S/BU clients.
• Analyze data and provide a strategic recommendation based on the findings or information available
• Prepare and participate in the project review meeting as necessary.
• Log data into tools and applications when necessary, on behalf of the counterparts requiring the service, while upholding data confidentiality and integrity
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Operations Lead and Manager

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Accounting Information Systems, Management, Commerce, Banking and Finance, Economics, and other related programs) and Mathematics
• 0-2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Willingness to work on a day and/or mid-shift
• Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up (Mckinley, Taguig) and should have a stable internet connection at home
• Open to Fresh Graduates
