🌍 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting both our UK and Manila finance teams, helping ensure our day-to-day financial operations are smooth, accurate, and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 🤝 Providing general administrative and finance support to both the UK and Manila finance teams


• 💸 Preparing and issuing cross-charge expense reports based on client specifications


• 📅 Monitoring aged debtors and helping drive cash collection efforts


• 🧾 Creating, sending, and following up on invoices; managing accounts payable and receivable


• 📊 Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets


• 🔍 Helping reconcile balance sheet control accounts to support accurate monthly financials


• 🏦 Performing bank reconciliations and keeping financial records up to date


• 📈 Supporting budget preparation and ongoing monitoring


• 🔄 Collaborating with teams to review and improve internal financial processes


• 📁 Assisting with audits, compliance, and other ad hoc finance-related projects

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills


• A proactive mindset — someone who works well independently and as part of a team


• A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (preferred, but we’re open to similar backgrounds)


• At least 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role

💼 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience using tools like Xero, Netsuite, or QuickBooks


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, plus Word and PowerPoint


• Previous experience working with or supporting UK or international teams
