The Finance Associate role performs financial processes and services that are critical for effective operation of finance function. The role supports the Financial Controller in overseeing day-to-day transactional finance activities, maintaining strong financial controls, and contributing to period-end close, reconciliations, and reporting accurate, timely, and compliant financial reports for ANZ region.

• Month end accounting and processing (accruals, software capitalization, month end reports, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations)
• Maintaining and updating fixed asset register, computing depreciation and processing journals
• Treasury management
• Monthly BAS
• Debtor Management, consolidation
• Year-end accounting management
• Support for annual audits
• Customer invoicing
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as required.
• Ad-hoc finance queries and analysis.

• Preferable with at least 4 years of Accounting experience and appropriate accounting qualification.
• Ability to communicate effectively and attend to matters timeously.
• Excellent working knowledge of accounting systems.
• Experience with global banking platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end financial processes.
• Ability to perform commercial analysis to support decision-making based on customer requests.
• Strong command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Willing to work under a fixed-term contract for 4 months
