Finance Automation Analyst

Summary:

A leading financial services and insurance firm is looking for a Finance Automation Analyst to lead automation projects within the finance department. In this role, you will collaborate with the Finance and IT teams to identify areas for automation, design and implement solutions using tools such as Excel, VBA, Tableau, and Microsoft 365 Power Apps, all while ensuring compliance and maximizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to identify and prioritize automation and process optimization opportunities.
• Design, build, test, and implement process automations using Excel, VBA, Tableau, and Microsoft 365 Power Apps.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations in all automated tools.
• Provide training and user support to Finance teams on automation tools.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance Enablement teams for system enhancements and RPA solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 2+ years of experience with finance automation tools such as Excel, VBA, Tableau, or Microsoft 365 Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of data management, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience project management and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
