1. Assist the Finance Manager in the Financial Planning Process by laying out the groundwork in terms of division consolidation and may play a key role in the creation of the strategic direction of the assigned brand(s).
2. Run an efficient consolidation process by creating appropriate templates and coordinating with different stakeholders to come up with Long Range Plans, Budgets and Latest Estimates. 
3. Perform the assigned portfolio's Finance Operations, ensuring the assigned portfolio's profitability, and providing best-in-class decision support to stakeholders.
4. Performing monthly and annual closing activities, preparing management reports, analyzing variances and providing actionable intelligence and key operational recommendations to ensure the portfolio's profitability.
5. Review, Recommend and Implement Fit-for-Purpose Controls by:
   -Ensuring policies and guidelines are followed in all operational activities through the initial screening of various documents such as Project Proposal Documents (PPDs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), COMS (Commercial Stocks as Samples), Post Evaluation Forms, Employee Per Diem and Incentives.
   -Performing occasional audits to better assess the reasonability of spends and the returns to investment.
6. Continuously improve processes and advocate the effective use of systems by:
   -Guiding business partners in finance related processes (e.g. budget transfers, cost center creation, remaining budgets).
   -Periodically reviewing systems and process metrics and working on cross functional projects.
