Finance Department Director

PRC is seeking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the dual role of Director of Finance. In this pivotal position, the Finance Director will be responsible for both strategic financial management and precise operational oversight. A. Financial Strategy and Management

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the organization's goals and growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, highlighting potential risks and opportunities for informed decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and presentations, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the financial planning and analysis process, identifying key performance indicators and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost management, efficiency improvements, and revenue optimization.
• Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations for various projects and initiatives.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the organization's financial stability.
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent financial irregularities.
• Oversee external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations to adapt strategies and practices accordingly.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
