A. Financial Strategy and Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the organization's goals and growth initiatives.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, highlighting potential risks and opportunities for informed decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and presentations, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process, identifying key performance indicators and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost management, efficiency improvements, and revenue optimization.
- Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations for various projects and initiatives.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the organization's financial stability.
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent financial irregularities.
- Oversee external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations to adapt strategies and practices accordingly.
