PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support in seamless execution of all Finance, Payroll & Government transactions and managing Helpdesk - Strong Team player and ensure smooth execution of process within the prescribed timelines. - Collaborate with different stakeholders both Internal & External – Ensure accurate reporting and submission of government benefits such as HDMF/BIR/PHCI/SSS-Maternity/Sickness/Loans. – Manages Helpdesk and ensure proper assistance and closure of employees concerns. - Mature and very organized – Keep all company information which includes employees and customer information confidential and secured.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Good in oral & written Communication Skills 2. Excellent in MS Office and experienced in using EXCEL (vlookup/pivot, etc.) 3. Multi tasking and willingness to learn & Flexibility to work in shifts 4. Self motivated and with good working attitude. 5. Negotiation and Analytical skills 6. Mature and empathetic

Graduate of Any Course with at least 3 years experience.
