Qashier is looking for a Finance Executive to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily finance operations such as Accounts Receivables and Accounts
• Payable processing based on company Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist on preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly financial reports
• Preparing listing, schedules and intercompany matrix on a monthly basis
• Compiling and gathering financial data for various reporting purposes.
• Involvement in business operations that requires finance departments verification work done
• Assist in comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of cash flow projection
• Assist with audits, including internal and external audits
• Undertake tax returns preparation, filing and compliance
• Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, exposure in technology company is an advantage
• Experience in corporate tax preparation is a must
• Experience in Finance Operations, FP&A, Finance Strategy is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft skills is a plus especially MS Excel Functions
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, G Suite and accounting software (i.e. Xero)
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Organised and detailed oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
