Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Manila, Philippines

Role Summary:

Genesys is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role the primary responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): 

Manages the overall daily deliverables of assigned team/s

Identifies, initiates and leads process improvements of medium complexity

Leads, mentors and develops a team of individuals that may include supervisors, associate managers or another manager.

Reviews processes and workflow documentations, etc.

Supports internal, external and other regulatory audit requirements

Leads either one of the Finance functions, i.e., Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, Order to Cash, Revenue, Payroll, RTR or Business Finance)

Adhoc tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

BS Accountancy, preferred

7 to 10 years of relevant work experience

Minimum 6 years experience leading a team

Experience leading a project

Proficient ERP system knowledge

Proficient Communication skills, both written and oral

Intermediate Negotiation and Conflict Resolution skills

Proficient Technical Accounting Competency
