Finance Manager

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

• Oversees over-all accounting function in the Site
• Leads budget forecasting and monthly monitoring and reporting of functional expenses, collaborating closely with functional heads to proactively identify opportunities and risks to ensure spending is within or lower than budget.
• Managing and driving analysis and improvements in the charge-out allocation process and analyzes metrics to identify opportunities to enhance current methodology.
• Analyze financials and engage with various leaders in the organization to discuss financial results, variance analysis and identification of risks, challenges and opportunities.
• Analyze financial results and translate those numbers into value adding information to stakeholders.
• Prepares financial reports, including project financial status, cost-benefit analysis and financial KPIs.
• Partner with IT leaders in preparing business cases for projects and initiatives, evaluates ROI/NPV and monitors realization of business values
• Leads and guides the team in the identification and implementation of continuous improvements on the business processes as well as all related processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the evaluation of vendor proposals and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and vendor selection.
• Manages the performance and development of direct reports.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Minimum 5 years planning, seasoned budgeting & forecasting skills/experience
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights
• The ideal candidate should be someone who can work fairly independently and at a level of maturity that can create relationships with the functional leaders
• Organized in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
• Strong experience in finance process improvement projects, finance transformation, target operating model design, setup or implementation of finance and accounting shared service centers
• Experienced in some of the leading financial systems such as SAP and Microsoft products
• Good communication, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills
• Preferably CPA
