Finance Officer (UAE Consulting, Hybrid)

Salary: P80,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (01:00 PM - 10:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP accounting standards is required.
• Experience or knowledge of sales and services tax / VAT is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle, etc.
• Experience with payroll is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Big four experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills

What will you do?

• Act as a Finance Officer or accountant for the company's clients.
• Conduct reviews and maintain clients' financial statements, including periodic trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, and notes to the accounts.
• Examine suppliers' invoices, client invoices, fixed assets registers, employee reimbursements, bank statements reconciliation, petty cash, accruals, provisions, etc.
• Ensure data integrity and enter data into client accounting systems as required.
• Prepare regulatory returns and submit them in a timely manner.
• Manage clients to satisfy the needs of external and internal auditors, including ledgers, reports, and schedules.
• Assist with other assigned duties, including accounting, internal audit client, or administration roles as necessary.
