About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Recruiter with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies.
This role requires deep familiarity with finance functions across different business stages, from startups to established organizations. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake and sourcing to interview coordination and offer closure—while partnering closely with clients to ensure business-aligned, high-quality hires.

Core Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain strong finance talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
Develop tailored sourcing strategies for finance roles such as Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Audit.
Conduct structured interviews to assess technical expertise, analytical skills, and cultural fit.
Partner closely with clients to understand financial team needs, reporting structures, and hiring priorities.
Collaborate with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline and progress updates.
Stay current on finance hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market demand.
Must-Haves for the Role
3–5 years of experience recruiting finance and accounting roles for U.S.-based companies.
Strong understanding of finance positions such as Accountant, Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Controller, Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, Tax Associate, or Finance Manager.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English required.
Full-time availability aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).
Nice-to-Haves for the Role
Experience recruiting remote finance talent in LATAM or the Philippines.
Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and compliance considerations.
Experience recruiting for startups, high-growth companies, or staffing agencies.
Exposure to finance roles supporting SaaS, e-commerce, or professional services companies.
