Finance Shared Services Manager, City Storage Systems - Makati City

What you’ll do

• Lead the accounting team within the Shared Services Center.


• Manage end-to-end financial operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and reporting.


• Oversee end-to-end General Ledger accounting, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.


• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS/US GAAP.


• Review trial balances, intercompany transactions, accruals, and provisions.


• Identify opportunities for automation (RPA, AI tools, etc.) and continuous process efficiency.


• Provide a proactive and high-quality Shared Service ensuring all SLA and KPIs are met

What we’re looking for

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA is preferred.


• 7-10 years of relevant experience in general accounting. 


• Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and internal controls.


• Experience working confidently with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Experience with Workday ERP is a strong advantage.


• Communicate financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
