Financial Accounting Section Head | Cavite

This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient corporate services management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, corporate services, and leadership skills to drive the team's performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, corporate services, or related roles, with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on team development, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic banking environment.
• Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
