FA Senior Associate - CL/RP

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Records, verifies, and executes transactions with a certain level of complexity according to process documentation.
   1. Closing
      1. AP Accrual Tool
      2. IFRS9
      3. AKM Process
      4. GRIR Activity
      5. FCV Run
      6. STI/LTI Monitoring (JOIN Entities)
      7. HB2 Net Result Posting 
      8. Reporting Runbook Steps
      9. E2L for Closing (Only for items enumerated above)
      10. Vistex Recon (if applicable)
   2. Reporting
      1. Net Sales Data Package and Release
      2. Reporting Checks (Diagnosis Check and Closing Check)
      3. Data Package Handover
      4. ATN Follow-up (E2L, ATN Documentation)
      5. Divergent Sign Checking
2. Acts as Key User depending on module handled.
3. Provides audit support.
4. Updates and creates documentations whenever required.
5. Ensures timely and accurate performance of ICS controls  
   1. Identify/clarify all pending requests for the current closing period
   2. Perform adjustment Postings due to Revenue Recognition
   3. Performance of VFX3
6. Participates in meetings and Telcos relevant to the role
7. Contributes to process improvements and documentation
8. Performs other tasks as required by the role

WHO YOU ARE:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA.
• Requiring a minimum of 1-year Accounting experience. SSO/BPO experience is an advantage.
• General understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP)
• Strong innovative and LMI Mindset. Knowledgeable in Excel, Power Point and SharePoint. Experience in Excel macros or VBA would be a plus.
• Fluent in English and with strong communication/presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate and work under pressure with high flexibility in changing and complex environments
