Job Description:

The position is mainly responsible in ensuring timely and accurate billing for WWF/Intercompany.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completing all the paperworks subject for outgoing and incoming on a weekly basis
• Audit and analyze if shipments are valid for reversal
• Collaboration with Country F&A, WWF, Manbill, Collections, GAC and Billing team
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as identified by the Team Lead and Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably College graduate with Finance or Accounting background.
• With good oral and written communication,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and Access
• Keen to details, analytical and can work with less supervision,
• Committed, dependable and dedicated to provide high quality output on a timely manner.
• Must be a team player and with good customer service orientation.
• Preferably with knowledge in Intercompany Billing
• Can start immediately.
