Job Description - Financial Analyst

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Identify manual and repetitive financial reporting processes and lead initiatives to automate them.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel VBA.
• Support the development and maintenance of financial data models and ERP/reporting systems
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms and financial systems.
• Assist in system upgrades and implementations, serving as a key finance liaison.
• Provide training and support to junior analysts and finance team members on reporting tools and automated solutions.

Graduate of BS in Accounting or Economics
• With 3-5 years’ experience as Senior Financial Analyst
• Advance knowledge in excel and exposure in Power BI, Tableau, or ERP.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, GAAP, and business operations.
• Working in the IT Industry is an advantage.
• Leadership Skills
