Job Description - Financial Analyst

The Medical City Ortigas is currently in search of an imaginative FINANCIAL ANALYST:

This role is responsible for spearheading all the financial modelling and analysis initiatives of The Medical City enterprise which includes expansion and replacement initiatives, providing accuracy on all financial models and reports related to subsidiaries as well as the development and analysis of management reporting aspects required by the Department Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and Chief Finance Officer. Also responsible for analyzing variances trends, and the implementation of financial results to create strategic decisions while conceptualizing, creating, and analyzing reports depending on business needs.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Observes and applies Business Partnering with TMC Main departments and institutes.
  • Drives timely Management Financial Reporting to support the Corporate Planning Head
  • Leads & Coordinates the Budgeting & Financial Planning Activities to support the over-all enterprise budgeting process
  • Coordinates the ongoing Latest Estimate (LE) process across the enterprise, specifically in the Network Hospital
  • Coordinates with Finance Operations and Treasury regularly to support cash flow planning.
  • Establishes and monitors Anaplan System requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Management, Economics, or any related course
  • With at least three (3) years work experience in financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering, business performance analysis, annual operating plan & forecasting process, and cost management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
