Financial Analyst MGG

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Identifies custodial residents and assesses family’s ability to self-fund applications.
• Obtains notarized Authorization to Represent (ATR) and financial info via Eligibility Short Form.
• Submits ATR and financial forms to Medicaid Analyst for processing.
• Creates digital folders and stores resident documents in SharePoint.
• Uses AI tools to analyze bank statements and identify financial triggers.
• Handles institutional triggers (e.g., IRAs, insurance) and calculates NAMI.
• Updates AI logic based on pend letters to align with Medicaid requirements.
• Meets with residents/families to resolve personal financial triggers (e.g., unexplained deposits).
• Updates income sources and addresses, tracks deadlines (e.g., 90-day start, QI1).
• Reviews NAMI, prepares and submits full application packet to Medicaid.
• Follows up on pending items and documents status updates.

• With a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, financial management,
• 1 - 2 years of accounting/financial work experience
• Knowledgeable in all accounting areas and preparation of Financial Reports
• Experience with US Healthcare Insurance is a PLUS

• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI
• Amenable working night shifts
