Your Role:
As an Accounting & Financial Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding our financial well-being. Your responsibilities include maintaining control over financial transactions and accounting practices and providing crucial assistance to management in budget planning, financial reporting, and forecasting.

What You’ll Do:

Financial Management and Accounting:

• Manage daily financial operations, including the processing and oversight of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing the company's budget and financial forecasts and monitor budgetary performance throughout the fiscal year.
• Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting:

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial reports and provide management insights on the organization's financial status.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor the organization’s cash flow and predict future financial trends.
• Manage investment and reserve funds, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of financial management principles including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial transactions oversight.
• At least two (2) years experience in a similar role or capacity
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Proficiency in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ability to analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience in preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Skills in monitoring cash flow, predicting financial trends, and managing investment and reserve funds.
• Ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Knowledge of accounting and legal standards.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with other departments for financial transparency. Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders like suppliers, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
• Efficient time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
• High ethical standards and integrity, given the sensitivity of handling financial data and compliance matters.
• Clear and effective communication skills to convey financial information and insights to management and stakeholders.
