Educational Requirement:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Leadership, compliance knowledge, and strong communication.
• Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
• Skilled in providing bespoke support to vulnerable customers.
• Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
• Demonstrated proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation, and receivership activities.
