Job Description - Financial Planning and Analysis Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform payroll sorting and provide journal entries for recording in the system.
Perform labor costs reconciliation, ensuring accuracy.
Work closely with the Accounting Finance team to support month-end reconciliation and closing activities.
Monitor and assist engagement funds requests for management’s approval and
processing.
Provide monthly accruals for engagement funds and labor costs.
Prepare detailed financial cost reports and provide analysis and insights.
Maintain detailed records for compliance, reports, audits and accuracy of financial data.
Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data.
Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as needed.
