Qualifications:

• Completed 2nd year College and up
• At least 1 year BPO Experience
• License 6 or 7 is required
• Strong English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Active FINRA Series 6 license and solid understanding of investment and insurance products.
• Knowledge of financial services, banking, or insurance operations and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for handling client interactions and complex inquiries.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for processing transactions, documentation, and account reviews accurately.
• Proficiency with standard office software and customer relationship or case management systems.
