Required Experience:

• Must have an active FINRA License

Job Scope:

• Provide retirement planning guidance by assessing customers' financial situations and retirement goals.
• Assist customers with retirement account options, including IRAs, 401(k)s, and other retirement investments.
• Process retirement-related transactions in compliance with FINRA regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding retirement products, services, investments, and account management.
• Educate customers on retirement planning strategies, investment options, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex account or retirement-related concerns promptly.
• Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and retirement product developments.
• Meet performance and quality targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
