Flexographic Operator

As a flexo press operator, your primary duties include preparing the press for printing, including filling ink and calibrating the machine, feeding the textiles or paper into the machine, and troubleshooting any issues that might arise during printing.JOB PURPOSE:Working as part of busy team in Production Area mainly in Flexo-Printing Process. Can be worked and assigned in other relevant processes in order to fulfill production needs.Traditional method of printing can be used on almost any type of substrate, including corrugated cardboard. The flexographic printing process uses quick-drying, semiliquid inks. Flexographic printing uses flexible rubber printing plates wrapped around rotating cylinders on a corrugated board. The inked plates have a slightly raised image and rotate at high speeds to transfer the image to the substrate.
