We’re looking for a detail-oriented Floorplan Takeoffs Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing architectural floor plans and producing precise material takeoffs and cost estimates. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, solid estimating skills, and experience in construction or design-related fields.

🛠 Responsibilities

-Read and analyze floor plans, blueprints, and drawings

-Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates

-Utilize Square Takeoff, Excel, and Buildertrend to document and manage estimates

-Coordinate with project managers or clients to clarify details and ensure accuracy

-Deliver organized, professional, and timely outputs

-Strong ability to read and interpret floor plans

-Proven experience in estimating and takeoffs

-Proficiency in Square Takeoff, Excel, and Buildertrend

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
