Position Title: Flutter Developer
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 100,000 – Php 160,000

About the Role

If you've built Flutter apps that are live in production and you know what it takes to make real-time video actually work — we want to talk to you.

We're placing a Flutter Developer for an Australian technology company building real-time, video-driven mobile applications. This is a mobile-first role — your primary focus is Flutter app development and real-time features including live video streaming. You'll collaborate with the backend team and contribute where needed, but Flutter and live video are the core of what you'll be doing every day.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FLUTTER DEVELOPER

Responsibilities as a Flutter Developer:

• Develop and maintain production mobile applications using Flutter
• Build and optimise real-time features — live video, streaming, messaging
• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and services
• Collaborate with backend engineers on system design and integrations
• Contribute to backend services where needed
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across systems
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code

Qualifications as a Flutter Developer:

• 3+ years experience in software or mobile development
• 2+ years hands-on Flutter experience — production apps, not side projects
• Experience building and deploying mobile apps end-to-end
• Strong experience integrating REST APIs
• Solid understanding of how mobile apps interact with backend systems
• Experience with Git version control
• Available on Australian business hours

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience with live video streaming or real-time applications — this is the key differentiator
• Hands-on experience with WebRTC, HLS, or RTMP
• Backend experience — Golang, SQL/Postgres, APIs
• AWS, Docker, or Terraform exposure
• Experience with scalable or distributed systems

Nice to Have:

• Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android)
• C/C++ exposure
• Frontend experience — TypeScript, React, Next.js
• AI-related technologies — Python, ML frameworks, Computer Vision, LLMs (role may expand in this direction)
