Food Processing Assistant (Fresh)

We are seeking a dedicated Food Processing Assistant (Fresh) to join our Agritech Department. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for growing togue (bean sprouts) and preparing fresh salads, ensuring all activities are carried out according to food safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and harvest togue (bean sprouts) following proper cultivation methods and schedules.
• Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients for salad production.
• Assemble and package fresh salads according to standard recipes and portion guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times.
• Monitor product quality, report any irregularities or spoilage to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory as needed.
• Assist in daily preparation and processing of other fresh items as assigned.
• Follow company SOPs and participate in training for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Assignment: Tunasan, Muntinlupa
• Willing to work on a night shift 6x days a week
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in food preparation or food processing in a supermarket/grocery is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and organization
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
