Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Food Technology or any related courses;
• At least 2 years of experience in food product development;
• Willing to work in a non-industrialized manufacturing environment and to travel nationwide;
• Knowledgeable in MS Office;
• With good interpersonal skills and confidentiality;
• Knowledgeable in Food Sensory Parameters
• Proficient in Documentation

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist R&D Department in developing and launching new and existing products
• Assist R&D Department in documenting product standard specifications and modifications
• Assist R&D Department in testing and evaluating current and new ingredients
• Assist R&D Department in reviewing COGS
• Assist R&D Head in determining seasonality of products
• Custodian of technical skills
• Assist Operations in training bakers
