JOB POSITION: Foreman (Cebu)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1-2 years of work experience
• Experience with Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, Door Access Control, Wifi, CCTV installations, and Basic Construction.
• Computer literate
• With good English communication skills
• Vocational Graduate.
• With Driver's License

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee works on client Structured Cabling sites to install Door Access Control, CCTV, Wi-Fi and network equipment.
• Oversee installation of conduits and cable trays
• Oversee the running, termination, testing and tagging of Ethernet and fiber optic cables
• Coordinate with the Project Manager the daily tasks according to priorities and plans
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are being followed at all sites at all times.
• Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment including PPE
• Develop and oversee quality standards.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within the budget.
• Resolve problems when they arise.
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on site quickly and amicably.
• Report on progress to managers
• Basic construction works.
• Other tasks related to above consistent with his expertise and level of knowledge.
