FP&A Specialist

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an FP&A Specialist to join our growing Finance team. This person will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable working across teams, and have a strong grasp of financial data, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and models


• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions


• Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and variances


• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives


• Assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders and board-level presentations


• Support long-term planning and scenario modeling initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field


• At least 2 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles


• Proficient in Excel; experience with financial planning tools is a plus


• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail


• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions


• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
