Are you a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for premium automotive brands?

Join IC Automotive Inc. as a Franchise Head – Mercedes-Benz, where you will lead and drive the overall performance of the brand across sales, aftersales, and dealer operations. This role is critical in delivering growth, ensuring brand excellence, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards expected of a globally recognized luxury marque.


What you’ll do



  • Lead the overall performance and profitability of the Mercedes-Benz franchise across sales, aftersales, and operations.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company and OEM objectives.

  • Drive revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction across all business areas.

  • Ensure full compliance with Mercedes-Benz brand standards, policies, and operational requirements.

  • Oversee dealer operations, ensuring high standards in showroom, service, and customer experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, internal stakeholders, and dealer network.

  • Monitor business performance through KPIs (sales, CSI, profitability, inventory, and operations) and implement improvement initiatives.

  • Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams including Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and Support functions.

  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

  • Identify and drive business development opportunities, including network expansion and new revenue streams.



About you


To be successful in this role, you will be:


  • A degree holder in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

  • With 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Experienced in managing premium or luxury automotive brands (Mercedes-Benz experience is a strong advantage).

  • Strong in commercial strategy, P&L management, and operational leadership.

  • A proven leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage high-performing teams.

  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management, including OEM engagement and dealer relations.

  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

  • An excellent communicator with strong business acumen and executive presence.
