Job Description:
The franchise manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and supporting franchise operations to drive growth and success within the organization.
1. Lead and oversee franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive franchise growth and profitability.
3. Recruit, train, and support franchisees to ensure successful business operations.
4. Monitor and analyze franchise performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with various departments to provide support and resources to franchisees.
6. Conduct regular meetings and communication with franchisees to address concerns and provide guidance.
7. Manage franchise agreements, renewals, and terminations in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with franchisees to promote brand loyalty and success.
10. Adheres to company’s Code of Conduct
11. Gives equal respect to his/her superior and fellow employees
12. Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior
Skills/Qualifications:
• Proven experience in franchise management in a Food & Beverages Industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of business operations and financial management.
• Strategic Planning and critical thinking
• Time management
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Resourceful and frugal
• BA/MA degree in Marketing, or any related course
