Manage three teams of Franchise Department: Contract and Training, Business Development and Monitoring Process of our franchise.
· Attain allowable target to open franchise in monthly and annual basis.
· Be the brand ambassador of all company’s franchise.
· Work closely with Operations Manager and General Manager on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.
· Execute monthly and yearly sales and operations objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.
· Develop tools in supporting goals.
· Manage preparation and growth of monthly email newsletter, Facebook interface.
· Manage all account payable and accounts receivable, A/P aging, A/R aging.
· Manage website and administer social media platforms such as Facebook to boost traffic and business sales.
· Prospect for leads and run a direct marketing campaign, within assign territory that meet weekly quotas.
· Educate and fully engage in best practices and full compliance with relevant employment laws, payroll reporting and financial documentation and tracking.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
· Be the brand ambassador of all company’s franchise, products, concepts.
· Leads/Manages business relationship with local and international franchise owners and potential owners.
· Works with branding and marketing people to enhance brand awareness and increase marketability of units.
· Ensure the execution of documents, agreements and contracts are complete.
· Set goals for the team and how to reach targets.
· Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
