Job Description

  • Includes updating of Salesforce, JIRA tickets and relevant templates as required.
  • Assist with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Calendar/Workflow Coordination| Set and manage key operational reminders with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely actions and follow-ups.
  • Create and update reporting templates on key franchise operations metrics such as renewals, variations and new stores.
  • Request, track and issue operational invoices as required including regular follow up to ensure steps are completed within agreed SLA’s.
  • Perform ad hoc administration tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Franchise Operations Team and address emerging needs

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support roles
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous operations/logistics/franchising experience
  • Knowledge in Atlassian - Confluence and Jira is desirable
