With the goal of growing our brand, Cha Tuk Chak, the prime task is to find and close more franchise deals and directly engage with our existing and would-be franchisees; maintaining forward-focused relationship with them.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer overall franchising relations and initiatives of Cha Tuk Chak
- Source, interview and evaluate potential franchise owner
- Set meetings with potential franchisees and management for discussion of the franchise package
- Prepare requirements and documentation for contract arrangement and renewal
- Establish, update and improve the Franchise Agreement and other contracts / agreement
- Awareness on franchising principles, methods, tactics for showing, promoting and providing service with the franchisees
- Recommend, establish and implement franchise system, standard operating procedures and policies
- Develop franchising goals, programs and objectives
- Help and assist the franchise partners on their queries, requests and needs especially during opening of new store
- Check, analyze and determine all franchise partner’s needs
- Coordination with marketing and operations team regarding important updates and concerns of franchisees
- As the direct contact of existing franchisees who have access to their concerns and needs, you must take part in brainstorming sessions for franchising directions
- Organizing all franchise inquiries and status on Google Sheet for proper tracking of updates and issues.
- Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly performance report
- Do competitor's check
- Directly reports to the President / CEO
- Other tasks directly related to the position
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a 4-year business related course
- Has 2 to 5 years proven relative work experience
- Experience in the food industry is a huge plus, but is not required
- Extensive knowledge in Franchise Agreements, terms, contract preparation and management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Possess negotiation, presentation and business skills
- Sales, marketing and performance driven
- Keen to details and can work with minimal supervision
- Head Office is located in De Castro, Pasig
