About the role

The Fraud Systems Lead is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and monitoring of fraud detection technologies. This role ensures real-time risk mitigation through data-driven rule sets and AI model integration, working closely with fraud ops and analytics teams.

• Lead implementation and refinement of fraud detection tools and rules


• Collaborate with data science teams on AI model testing and deployment


• Manage system alert precision and false positive rates


• Oversee systems reliability, integration, and uptime


• Train teams on fraud systems utilization and enhancements

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Risk Technology


• 5+ years in fraud systems management or technical risk roles


• Strong understanding of rules engines and model-based detection


• Systems analysis and incident management


• Collaboration with analytics, tech, and ops teams


• Knowledge of emerging fraud technologies and best practice
