We are looking for a hybrid copy and designer creative who will be a key player in crafting compelling content that engages, informs, and inspires audiences across multiple platforms. 

What You'll Do: 

• Master the Mix: Develop copy and execute creative design content requirements across a variety of online platforms, including blog posts, social media, and various marketing materials. 


• From Pixels to Prose: Conceptualize, write, craft, and design engaging content, whether it's a witty social media content, a comprehensive blog post, or captivating website page. 


• Visual Storytelling: Transform ideas into visual masterpieces, utilizing your expertise in creative tools like Photoshop, After Effects, and Premier Pro. 


• Data Detective: Can identify trends and translate data / digital insights into actionable strategies and content for continuous improvement. 


• Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (marketing, designers, account managers) and external clients to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand identity. 


• Trend Hunter: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and adopting the latest digital content trends and best practices. 


• Channel the Vero Voice: Immerse yourself in our brand, understand our values, and infuse them into every piece of content you create.

Who You Are: 

• A wordsmith and a visual craftsman with a keen eye for detail and a knack for telling captivating stories. 

• A creative powerhouse with a proven track record of producing quality visual and copy content. 

• An experienced creative with having 2-3 years of experience on content design and content writing for brands. 

• A data-driven individual who thrives in optimizing content performance. 

• A master of the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro) tools. 

• A proactive team player who embraces collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

• A believer who trusts creativity and empathy are at the heart of great communication. An articulate communicator with outstanding English and Tagalog listening, writing and presentation skills. 

• A chameleon who is comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment.

TRAVEL & PLACE TO WORK

At Vero, we believe in flexibility and trust. We support both working from home (WFH) and face-to-face interactions in countries where offices are available. Our team leaders decide where their teams will work, whether it's at the office, from home, or at a third space like a local café. We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, so we offer flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, which may vary depending on workload and client needs.

• Flexible Office: All our employees can choose where they want to work from on any given day, should it be from the office, from home, from a coffee shop, or from a yacht in the Pacific Ocean. 


• Working days: from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6:00pm (including 1 hour of lunch break). This may be flexible depending on workload and client needs.
