About the Project Manager position

We are looking for a qualified project manager to join our team. The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day management and smooth operation of multiple projects.

You are a technologically savvy professional who understands the role of technology in our business achieving its goals. You are ,methodical and great at managing your time. Effective collaboration is a necessity for the Project Manager.

Duties and responsibilities are:

• Provide end-to-end project management

• Communications with clients, vendors, team members, updating project timelines.
  
• Documentation during onboarding calls with clients during the sales process.
  
• Billing & Invoicing
• Monitor project progress with a detailed plan.
• Deliver projects that meet quality and time standards.
• Develop support documentation which includes requirement specifications and risk logs.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
• Experience in Handling foreign clients is preferred.
• Experience in handling invoices and billing 
• Can do admin tasks 
• Has portfolio or sample works for project management

• A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
• Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
