A fast-growing beauty brand is looking for a reliable and consistent creator who can produce polished TikTok content on an ongoing basis. This role suits someone who enjoys steady creative output, adapts quickly to direction, and maintains a strong sense of follow-through.

You’ll support the brand by creating fresh, engaging short-form videos that highlight beauty products and help strengthen audience connection. The work focuses on maintaining a continuous content rhythm, responding to feedback efficiently, and keeping visuals aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.

Core Responsibilities

Produce TikTok content that reflects the brand’s beauty positioning and creative direction.

Maintain a consistent daily and weekly posting rhythm.

Incorporate revisions quickly and keep content style aligned with expectations.

Support overall visibility and engagement through ongoing content delivery.

• This role requires on-camera presence to represent a feminine persona that aligns with the brand’s identity in the women’s beauty space.
• Must be able to naturally demonstrate beauty products and create content that resonates with women seeking a youthful, fresh aesthetic.
• Show ability to stay consistent on a daily and weekly basis when creating content.
• Proven experience creating short-form video content, ideally for TikTok or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, pacing, hooks, and platform best practices.
• Ability to produce polished, platform-ready videos with strong storytelling and visual appeal
• Skilled in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Ability to maintain consistent tone, branding, and visual style across all content.
• Strong creative intuition and ability to interpret and execute brand direction.
• Highly adaptable and able to incorporate feedback quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage deadlines independently.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high production standards.
