The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to lead our team of Full Stack Developers and AI Specialists. In this role, you will oversee a team responsible for developing and deploying intelligent agents and scalable web applications, all while ensuring high-quality results and optimal performance. As a manager, you'll play a key role in project direction, technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead and manage a team of Full Stack Developers and AI Specialists, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and development in both Full Stack Development and AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum productivity.
• AI Development & Integration:
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents that automate processes, improve decision-making, and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into full stack applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Lead the creation and fine-tuning of AI models to meet the needs of the business and ensure they deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Project Oversight & Execution:
• Manage the full lifecycle of both Full Stack Development and AI-driven projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Lead collaboration between software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Monitor and optimize team workflows, ensuring projects are executed efficiently with continuous improvements.
• Testing & Optimization:
• Supervise the testing and optimization of both AI agents and web applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and error-free deployment.
• Innovation & Research:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Full Stack Development and AI technologies, ensuring the team is equipped with cutting-edge knowledge and skills.
• Encourage innovative solutions to business challenges and contribute to the development of new techniques and strategies to improve systems and processes.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership and other departments.

Skills and Experience:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development and AI technologies, with a proven track record in both managing teams and delivering complex projects.
• Prior experience as a team lead or manager is required, ideally overseeing Full Stack Developers and AI Engineers.
• Strong knowledge of technologies like Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and API integrations.
• Skills:
• Experience managing AI agents and Full Stack development projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
