As AI makes code cheap, the bottleneck shifts to consequence what breaks, what drifts, and what any given change means for the system as a whole. The team is building the system graph that lets AI agents act with constraints rather than guesswork. 

About the Role 

We are looking for a product-minded Full Stack Engineer who can build and ship end-to-end product experiences while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development. 

This role will work across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and product execution — taking ownership from idea validation and prototyping through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration. 

As an early-stage company, this engineer will play a key role in shaping engineering practices, improving development velocity through AI-assisted workflows, and making thoughtful technical decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability. 

The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also demonstrates product ownership, curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to independently drive solutions.

Work Set-up: 100% Work from home 

Work Schedule: Day Shift - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Time) with flexible working hours.

Note: Employees may adjust their schedule, provided there is sufficient overlap with the Australian time zone (AEST) for collaboration. This is a fully remote, asynchronous work environment with no mandatory daily stand-ups, emphasizing autonomy, ownership, proactive communication, and results over hours worked.

What you’ll do (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Build and deliver end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud environments. 


• Develop modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.


• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and integrations with consideration for scalability, reliability, and performance. 


• Build and deploy applications using AWS cloud services and modern development practices. 


• Work with serverless architectures and event-driven systems where applicable.


• Use AI development tools as productivity multipliers — breaking down problems, generating solutions, validating outputs, and maintaining code quality. 


• Prototype and iterate quickly by translating product ideas into working solutions. 


• Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to understand user needs and make effective engineering decisions. 


• Own the full development lifecycle including implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement. 


• Contribute ideas around architecture, engineering standards, and development processes. 

What You Bring (Skills, Qualifications or Experience)

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with experience owning or leading end-to-end software development projects across the full project lifecycle.

• Experience building and maintaining web applications from frontend to backend.
