FULL STACK LEAD DEVELOPER (REMOTE)

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Web Developer and .NET-related technologies who is passionate with crafting innovative solutions to help our company in our ongoing project. The responsibilities include working closely with an elite team to conduct user requirement gathering, define business and system requirement. Applying expertise to unlock new business value, and creating winning solution with scope of work, and employing in-depth knowledge and experience, to design, build and implement technical solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development,Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologiesand modern development approaches, such as .NET Core, Azure, Single Page Application (SPA), Micro services architecture and CI/CD Pipelines.

The Role:

• Uses business and technical acumen to understand the customer's business requirements, technical requirements, and the competitive landscape.
• Takes end-to-end ownership of the technology solution to create business opportunities through innovation for the company.
• Defines architecture, specifications, and technical interfaces
• Designs, builds, tests, and deploys software applications and features
• Develop and maintain software applications with a focus on security aspects from the design phase itself.
• Implement the “Secure by Design” principle in all aspects of software development. Conduct security reviews of software designs and code.
• Collaborate with other teams to promote the concept of security being an integral part of software design rather than an afterthought.
• Investigates and assesses new technologies
• Writes high quality, concise, and efficient code
• Manages code documentation and version control
• Tests software interfaces
• Manages software work products through the software development cycle
• Keeps abreast of emerging technologies via professional publications, seminars, and symposiums.
• Maintains and grows a continuing trusted relationship with peers and customers.
• Mentors' junior developer within the organization on secure coding practices.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years software development experience and applied knowledge using Agile Scrum software development life cycle, demonstrated
• Experience working with the full Microsoft technology stack, including .NET/C# (.NET framework or .NET core) SQL Server, ASP.NET, MVC and Web API, JSON/RESTful experience, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 web Software as a Service (SaaS), multi-tenancy application development, SQL Server development experience,
• Experience with software integration experience with applications, data, and infrastructure involving cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge in MS Azure
• Strong knowledge in MS SQL
• Solid practitioner knowledge on methods and tools for delivering package-based software solutions.
• Solution Architecture experience including expertise in infrastructure, application, data, and business domains, and a proven track record of utilizing cloud platforms to deliver effective solutions preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to perform, conduct workshops and meetings to develop solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work in remote collaborative team settings
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Result and customer service oriented
