POSITION: Full Stack Web Developer

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in IT/Computer Science /Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and UI/UX design
• Experience with CMS platforms (especially Umbraco and WordPress)
• Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, PHP is a plus Skilled in website creation, maintenance, and optimization
• Familiar with SEO basics and Google tools (Analytics, Maps, Search Console)
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines efficiently

Job Description:

Website Portal

• Assists in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance Stacks
• Works on both user interfaces (front-end) and server-side logic and databases (back-end) of Stacks
• Collaborates with outsourced web development team to ensure a seamless user experience and system consistency.

Website Restructure

• Fix prio errors: Resolve broken links, eliminate page load issues, and ensure smoother website functionality for users.
• SEO-06: Create custom 404 page with helpful navigation options.
• UX-04: Redesign footer with organized site map and quick links.
• UX-05: Create persistent contact/inquiry CTAs across the site
• UX-10: Design streamlined contact/inquiry forms with minimal required fields.
• UX-01: Redesign main navigation to highlight key services.
• UX-03: Implement breadcrumb navigation for improved site orientation.
• UX-11: Create clear call-to-action buttons with consistent design and prominent placement.
• UI-15: Create focus states for interactive elements.
• UI-13: Ensure keyboard navigability for all interactive elements.
• UI-10: Implement proper heading hierarchy for screen readers.
• UI-01 to UI-03: Develop a comprehensive design system with consistent color palette, typography, and components; Create responsive grid system for consistent layouts across devices; Implement consistent spacing and alignment principles throughout the site
