Full Time Data Entry Specialist (Homebased - Nightshift)

Job Description

Callagy Law is a law firm dedicated to representing medical providers against insurance companies.  We are looking for support in the entry of delivered medical files into our legal case management system.

Duties:

• Review delivered medical files for all appropriate documents.
• Determine the appropriate insurance carrier and file type
• Enter the patient, insurance, and provider information into the case management system
• Enter treatment information for the services provided using provider bill/HICF’s
• Enter the payments made to the provider using insurance EOB’s
• Make corrections/revisions to files as needed

Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Ability to navigate computer systems
• Ability to process documents and identify indicators of file type and insurance entity
• Experience and ability to review and interpret EOB’s a plus
• Experience and ability to review and interpret medical records and billing/HICF’s a plus
• Willingness to answer questions to ensure correct entry a must

Working hours

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern US Time
